First Steps Handouts Multipack (English)

Joslin Diabetes Center has created five colorful, educational handouts for you to provide to your patients with diabetes. As an add-on to an educational session, or for use by patients until a session can be scheduled, these First Steps Handouts were written by Joslin Staff to provide people with diabetes the most essential information about nutrition and physical activity, monitoring, sick days, complications and medications.  The five Handouts are titled:  Understanding Blood Glucose (JDC802), Your Guide to Eating Well (JDC804), Your Diabetes Medicines - Insulin (JDC806), Steps for Staying Healthy (JDC808) and Your Diabetes Medicines - Diabetes Pills (JDC810). 

The First Steps Handouts can be purchased in packages of 50 (single title) for $38.50. To order a multipack which includes 50 each of all five Handouts at a special discounted price of $163.25, order JDC812.
